PHP 5.3.0RC4

PHP has released a release candidate for PHP 5.3.0 (PHP 5.3.0RC4) containing some goodies. The three most anticipated news is support for namespaces, late statistic bonding and closures. 
At this writing, the current stable version 5.2.10
